4 Ways to Connect with Agile Mind at NCSM 2023

This year’s 55th Annual NCSM Conference, taking place in beautiful downtown Washington, D.C. October 28-31, 2023, aims to share exciting stories of impact across the mathematics community. 1. Visit our Booth #101 — Sunday & Monday, Exhibit Hall
Stop by our booth in the exhibit hall Sunday and Monday to connect with our team and see a live demonstration of our programs. Sunday’s Happy Hour event takes place in the Exhibit Hall from 5-6pm. As a sponsor of the “Say Cheese” booth, we look forward to helping you capture fun memories with colleagues and new connections.
2. Attend the Agile Mind Product Showcase — Sunday, Room 8, 2:30 – 3:30 pm
Agile Mind’s showcase will provide a tour of our online teaching and learning programs and instructional resources, emphasizing benefits and outcomes for educators and their students. Participants will explore Dana Center/Agile Mind middle and high-school mathematics, Intensified Algebra I, and SEAD (social, emotional, academic, development) offerings. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience Agile Mind firsthand through a model lesson, with instructional resources and strategies that have helped thousands of educators and millions of students achieve in mathematics and beyond.
3. Join the Richmond Schools session, Intensification vs. Remediation: Closing the Achievement Gap — Monday, Anacostia D, 3:45 – 4:45
Learn how Richmond Public Schools is leveraging proven research and comprehensive tools and resources to cultivate equitable, engaging, and rigorous teaching and learning opportunities for struggling students. Hear from leaders as they share the results in developing identity, agency, belonging, and joy among students–and a transformed classroom culture.
4. Attend Agile Mind’s Happy Hour Reception — Monday, Room 7, 4:00 – 6:00 pm
During this come-and-go event, Agile Mind will host conference attendees for a relaxed Happy Hour in an intimate setting to wind down your busy conference day. Complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres await, and our team members will be available to share our programs through personal demonstrations. Join us in Room 7 on Monday from 4 – 6pm.
